All sales are final.  Each piece is crafted in limited quantities and treated as wearable art. Because of the rarity and nature of our materials, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives defective.

If you receive a defective piece, contact us at dirtylittlebirdie@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. Eligibility is based on the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Tags must be attached and intact

• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

• The item must be shipped back in one package, using the return label we provide

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

• Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not offer refunds on any products marked non-returnable.

Identification Tag

Please try your item on before removing any tags. We cannot accept returns on items with removed, damaged, or altered tags. Footwear must be returned with sole stickers intact.

Shipping Returns

Once your return is approved, we will issue a FedEx return label. You are responsible for dropping off your return at a FedEx location within the return window.

Exchanges
